Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic manipulation helps restore function to spinal joints that are “locked up”, fixated, and not moving properly. Muscles, tendons, and ligaments depend upon proper joint movement for peak performance.

Exercise and Rehabilitation Program

Exercise is a vital component to the patient's health and well-being. We use specific exercise programs tailored to a patient's individual needs. Regimes may include: flexibility, resistance, and stabilization (ball) exercise training to rehabilitate any injury, help prevent further injuries, and increase sports performance.

Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy Modalities

> Ultrasound
This is the use of high frequency sound waves to increase blood flow to an injured area to break up adhesions, soften scar tissue, decrease swelling, inflammation and pain.

> Electrical Stimulation
There are many different typers of electrical muscle stimulation used in rehabilitation. It is used to reduce muscle spasms, reduce pain and swelling, increases cellular metabolism to speed up the healing process and strengthen muscles.
